APPOINTMENTS
All appointments must pay a deposit of 20% of the total cost of your service when booking online which will be credited towards your service. Additional services can be paid with card on file or in person with cash or Venmo. I do ask that there is no extra guest allowed at your appointment, unless they are being serviced.
CANCELLATIONS
Cancellations made within 24 hours or less of your appointment will be rescheduled. All appointments must be cancelled by a MINIMUM of 24 hours prior to your booked appointment to avoid fees. Please cancel through the scheduling link that was sent to your email or text message.
NO-SHOWS
NO-SHOWS will be charged a non-refundable fee of 20% of the total cost of your appointment will be required before rebooking another appointment. Credit card on file will be charged the non-refundable fee. After the third time no show, you will not be able to make future appointments under no circumstances.
LATE ARRIVALS
All clients have a 10 minutes grace period. We will either have to adjust your service based on how much time is left OR we will need to reschedule your appointment. If more than 15 minutes, you will have to rescheduled your appointment. We have the right to decline service to anyone.
